The Recoding Method™
The Recoding Method (TRM) is a practical way to undo stress, conflict, and fear at the exact moment they arise. It is not about managing emotions or installing new beliefs — it is about exposing the hidden mental code behind suffering and releasing it before it turns into reaction or pain.
The Philosophy
You don’t suffer because of events happening outside of you. You suffer because of the meanings your mind give to those events. Those meanings are automatic—your old mental codes running without your permission.
The Steps
Recognise—Notice the thought or interpretation that’s creating tension.
Reset—Withdraw the meaning and choose peace instead—deliberately!
Release—Hand the whole story to Awareness and let it dissolve.
Life Examples
A colleague ignores your idea. Mind: “They don’t respect me.” Recognise → “This is self-attack.” Reset → “I choose peace now.” Release. It works in real time—in conversations, in traffic, in memories, in anger, in self-doubt.
Daily Use
While brushing teeth: “What's my loop now?” Recognise. Before replying to a message: Pause. “What code is playing me? Reset. In bed at night: Recall an event. Apply. Even such tiny resets can change your life patterns.
Look, your perception is lying—It is not showing you reality
So, when we say Reset, you'd argue: "Hello! Why should I? I can see what they are doing to me? So why Recode myself? Let them Recode!"
It's actually scary—when you realise how powerfully biased our psychobiological system is. How this system is tricking us due to its inherent faulty diagnosis.
Please look at the checker square boards shown here. In Image 1 you see how different in shade are A and C or B and D. Now, look at Image 2 and 3. You'll see all A, B, C, D are exactly identical in colour. Your brain still refuses to believe this, even when told the truth, right? (That's why you are shaking your head, saying this is unbelievable!)
This isn't a quirk. It's how our mind operates constantly: constructing a version of reality based on context, shadows, and learned patterns—and not what's actually there. Our psychobiological system is designed to interpret, predict, and fill in gaps and not to show us the world as it is.
