No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once you enrol in any of our courses or programs, you receive immediate access to:

• Downloadable PDF materials

• WhatsApp/Telegram broadcast guidance

• Course certificates and other digital resources
  

Because these materials can be downloaded and accessed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased materials:

One-on-One Mentorship Sessions

• Mentorship sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions

• Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days of purchase

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:

• Immediate revocation of access to all course materials

• Permanent ban from future purchases

• We reserve the right to dispute all illegitimate chargebacks
