1. RECOGNISE
Notice the negative thought. Pause. Name it within: “This is self-attack. It will hurt me.” One slow inhale and a slower exhale through the mouth.
2. RECODE
Now, you are in power. Simply direct your attention to the state you desire: “I choose peace instead of this.” One more slow inhale and a slower exhale through the mouth.
3. RELEASE
No need to attack the thought. Simply affirm: “I release it to my intuitive mind.” Breath in and out through mouth slowly, and make a tiny physical move—stand up or stroll or stretch.
